My standards as a reseller

What you can expect from me in a cooperation.

Price discipline

I do not drive your brand down in a price war, and I raise pricing questions with you openly.

Clean invoice chain

I buy directly from you. Invoices showing the VAT ID are kept in full and can be traced on request.

Brand care

Original goods, unchanged and listed correctly: brand name, title, variants. No repackaging, no changes to your product pages without agreement.

No sales in breach of third-party brand rights

I only sell goods that may lawfully be resold. If restrictions apply to your brand, please tell me up front.

How we work together

  1. Inquiry

    You receive my inquiry by email from an @manuelburow.de address, or you contact me yourself.

  2. Trade account

    I open a trade account with you according to your requirements and submit the documents you ask for.

  3. Test order

    I start with a small test order so both sides can check handling and delivery.

  4. Reorders

    If it works for both sides, I reorder on a regular basis.

Documents on request

I can provide:

  • Business registration (Gewerbeanmeldung)
  • Confirmation of the VAT ID

A copy of my ID is not part of this.
